Other reports list this as "Sparks Energy". Needless to say we've never heard of them or had any dealings which could be related to them.

Multiple silent calls over the last couple of months to exdir number.

Managed to pick up in time to get a man with Edinburgh accent asking to talk to someone we've never heard of.

Very suspicious. Presume scammers.

Called claiming to be Spark and wouldn't let me know what it is about until I give them my personal details (as that's illegal I didn't and said to email me or send me a letter what this is regarding) so they hung up. Then they send a text message from "Spark" (whereas actual SMS from Spark should have "SparkEnergy" in the name) asking me to call them on this number and quote some reference number. After talking to a livechat representative from Spark they confirmed they didn't try to contact me. So this is DEFINITELY a scam.
